Yes, BIPTrack is a flexible, HIPAA-compliant, multi-level, role-based user-authenticated environment with encrypted storage. BIPTrack minimizes risk and liability by creating a secure environment to warehouse private client information.

4. What user roles are available in BIPTrack?

BIPTrack has pre-defined user roles for Supervisors (Primary), Supervisors, Case Managers, Behavioral Therapists, School Staff, and Parents. Each role comes with a customizable set of permissions when accessing client information and application features.

5. What types of data collection are available is BIPTrack?

BIPTrack's behavioral, skill acquisition, and task analysis tracking capabilities enables users to collect a wide range of data types. Users can build their own trackables and programs or customize those provided in the integrated library to fit any data-tracking need.

9. As a parent, can I use BIPTrack to manage all of the behavioral and academic information surrounding my child without sharing it with everyone with access to my child?

Yes, all resources uploaded into BIPTrack are held ins a secure environment, allowing you to fully control who has access to documentation, assessments, etc.

11. Can I use my social media account as my login into BIPTrack?

Yes, you can use your Google ID or Facebook id as your login into BIPTrack.

12. Will BIPTrack work on Chrome Books?

Yes, BIPTrack is compatible with any device with a web browser and internet connection. Offline data tracking is supported on all devices. Using your Google ID as your login on Chrome Books offers easy, one-click sign-ons.

13. What library content is available within BIPTrack?

Our library of customizable behavior trackables, academic trackables, skill acquisition programs, and task analysis programs allow you to launch a new client within minutes.

14. I forgot my password, what do I do?

Please use the "Reset Password" link on the login page, or click here to reset your password.

15. Why am I not receiving any emails from BIPTrack?

Some email providers, like Gmail are very strict about emails coming from previously unknown third-parties. You may need to check your spam / junk email folders to find initial emails from the BIPTrack servers. If you do find the missing messages there, follow your email provider's instructions on how to mark emails from BIPTrack.com as "not spam".

16. Can I use templates in my notes and reports?

Yes, templates are fully supported in all notes and reports. You can use templates that are included in the library, or create your own. Templates you create can be shared with other users. Templates can be built directly from scratch, or from cobbling-together exisiting templates, or from copying/pasting from MS Word, Google Docs, or other editors. So if you have templates you are already using, you can continue to use them inside of BIPTrack. AS a supervisor, you can also implement templates that your team will use to create Daily Notes.

17. Can I use data graphs/charts in my notes and reports?

Yes, data charts and graphs are fully supported in all notes and reports. You can either choose a dtaa graph from your favorites, or build a new one on the spot within the report editor.

  • To use a data graph that has been favorited in a report, while editing your report, click the Charts Builder icon (Charts Builder Tool icon). Once the Charts Builder Tool opens, click the FAVORITES tab. Scroll through your favorited graphs until you locate the graph you wish to insert into the report. Click the corresponding INSERT CHART button. Repeat as needed until you have inserted all the charts required for this report. When complete, click the CLOSE button.
  • To create a new graph in a report, while editing your report, click the Charts Builder icon (Charts Builder Tool icon). Once the Charts Builder Tool opens , select your graphing parameters and click the GO button. The graph(s) will display below the Charts Builder tool. Scroll down to the graph you wish to insert and click the INSERT CHART button.Repeat as needed until you have inserted all the charts required for this report. When complete, click the CLOSE button.
  • 18. Can I save data graphs/charts that I intend to view frequently?

    Yes, data charts and graphs can be added to the "favorites" list. Favorites are kept individually for each client/student in your collective. You can also add data charts that you wish to revisit often to the Student charts box on the student's dashboard.

  • To add a data graph to the favorites for a client, use the Chart Builder Tool (either while writing a report/note or while in the Data Views section for that client and create the graph(s) you wish to save into the favorites. Scroll to the graph and click the ADD TO FAVORITES button.
  • To add a data graph to Student Charts section of the client's dashboard, first add the chart to your favorites using the method above. If you are adding the chart now, you can select the option to "Show on student dashboard" while saving to your favorites. If the chart has already been added to your favorites, scroll to the Student Charts section of the client's dashboard and click the blue MANAGE CHARTS button. Once the Student Charts section opens, place a checkmark in the SHOW checkbox option for each chart you wish to display on the student's dashboard.
    Note: You can drag-and-drop the charts in the Student Charts Setup box to change the order in which they display.
  • 19. Can I create miscellaneous/general reports in BIPTrack?

    Yes, You can create any type of report you wish in the Student Reports section of the client's dashboard. To do so, click the ADD REPORT button in the Student Reports box. Enter a title and choose a category. Use the editor as you would with all other reports and notes within BIPTrack to create your report (including using templates data charts). When you are done creating the report, you can choose how to share the document with others and generate an email notification as needed. You will be able to track who has viewed or downloaded the report once it has been made available to others to view.
